Conference Terms

All authors, speakers, attendees, and organizers are expected to comply with the following rules and regulations during TEHI-2026.

Registration Requirement

All participants must complete the registration process within the specified deadline to be eligible to attend and/or present at the conference.

Paper Submission and Originality

Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in rejection or removal from the conference program.

Review and Acceptance

All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance, and reviewer recommendations. The decision of the review committee will be final.

Publication Policy

Only accepted and presented papers will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings and/or associated journals, subject to editorial and publisher guidelines.

Fee Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by the organizing committee. Fee categories must be selected appropriately during registration.

Presentation Requirement

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference. Failure to present may result in exclusion from publication.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the conference. Any misconduct may lead to removal from the event.

Schedule Changes

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the conference schedule, program structure, or venue if necessary.

Liability Disclaimer

The organizing committee is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property during the conference period.

Final Authority

The conference organizing committee reserves all rights regarding interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions.
