Peer Review Process

Independent Expert Evaluation

Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
Papers with conflicting reviews will be assigned to a third reviewer.
Reviewers will evaluate originality, methodology, technical quality, clarity, significance, and relevance.

Ethical & Confidential Evaluation

All reviewers will hold PhD degrees or equivalent research qualifications.
A maximum of five papers will be assigned to each reviewer.
Confidentiality and ethical standards will be strictly maintained.

Springer LNCS/LNAI Style

Authors MUST use Springer LNCS/LNAI manuscript submission guidelines for initial Full/Short paper submissions. Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF and DOC/RTF format.

Recommended Submission Format

Although PDF, PS, and DOC/RTF files are accepted, authors are strongly encouraged to generate and submit a PDF version. Using LaTeX for preparing PDF submissions is highly recommended.
